We have furnished and equipped the apartment with all the comforts we enjoy for our vacations. We hope this makes the apartment a pleasant place for you and your family as well!
We have two children at 3year and 7years, so the apartment is well prepared for their needs and play.
Two bedrooms with separate WC and a sofa bed in the living room allow for about 6 people at the same time.

THE PENTHOUSE
This modern penthouse apartment (80m2) with balcony and roof terrace (55m2) has been completed late 2012. . The open kitchen is provided with all the necessary appliances (including dishwasher). There are 2 bathrooms: Each with shower, sink with cupboard and toilet. Washing machine is included in one of the bathrooms. Two bedrooms, wardrobes in each one of them.
Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning, hot and cold.
OUTDOOR AREAS
From the balcony you have a views on the shared garden in which the swimming pool/jacuzzi is located. Also from the roof terrace you have views of the sea and the surrounding area.
THE LAYOUT
The apartment is modern style with a open kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms / showers.
The private roof terrace to enjoy the sun, or late night barbecue.
